ytd ate beef and drank light tea.. stomach is not working very well but i swear its much better ytd! gosh..... that was the most painful time of my life... i blacked out fucking lot of times.. scaring the shit of alwin.. :p sorry alwin.. and he was damn nice to help me out to hospital.. else i would have died at home.. thanks alot! he is sucha nice person.. :)

have to complete my ptt with lovelies tmr.. get bbq things settled. finish off my POM studies and start on my training list next week.. (:
