haha.. today so kan chiong.. went to meet elaine and kaimin at wisma at 2.30pm. but was late.. sigh.. i didn't mean to anyway.. den i went out to eat kfc den went shopping at cotton on.. haha.. after that i bus down to queens for lifesaving.. yes.. got my cert today.. so happy.. aiming my next one.. to motivation is still there.. okay.. my skin hurts.. back hurts.. so slack today.. didn't eat much today... only kfc n porridge.. who cares.. im on diet anyway.. salads salads and more salads.. im craving for it.. tsk tsk.. oh ya.. i have so many programs.. can't wait for the upcoming lifesaving event at kuku island... haha.. 25.26 oct.. woah! can go fishing.. im so looking forward to it... okay.. sucks time is.. i haven't recovered from sunburns and this sat n sun i have to go down to east coast for work and lifesaving training.. haha.. so far.. anyone can let me stay over at there place?? i need loads of rest.. okay badminton is killing me! im so gonna go for training this fri n tues i guess. if i can.. at mcpherson ite.. 4-6pm.. as for this friday. i guess i'll chiong down to lifesaving after badminton.. hope moktar coach don't be mad at me.. :) im so happy to see him.. his smiles are good!!!!!

ytd.. kenneth scared the shit out of me.. he wanted to commit sucide.. hope he is better now..

now i am drinking soup.. i miss nanny's cooking as i have no time for it.. no time to look after uncle.. sadly.. im trying hard to... i miss baby kaien n kai tong..

PTS is sick.. dunno when is she recovering.. i prayed for her last night. get well soon... <3
